Screencast
When a task seems stuck or it’s hard to describe the problem in words, it’s especially important to get help fast. Screencast makes support truly effective: you share your screen and the AI assistant sees exactly what’s happening. This helps you get personalized, accurate suggestions, saves time, removes misunderstandings, and helps you solve any interface issues faster.
What does it do?
Screencast helps you get real-time support from the assistant — based directly on what’s happening on your screen. Share the interface you’re working with and receive precise, contextual advice.
When to use?
- If something isn’t working and you can’t figure out why
- When you need help with the next step on a specific screen
- When it’s easier to show than to write
- If you need quick support on the interface or flow
